1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• Has never been declared bankrupt or is currently under formal debt management proceedings.
• Not an employee or individual directly affiliated with Pantas88 or any of its associated companies.
• Has never had an account closed by Pantas88 for fraud, terms violations, or inappropriate conduct.
• Possessing full mental and legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

Pantas88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be requested include MyKad, passport, utility bills, or other verification documents deemed appropriate by Pantas88. Failure to submit the requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one Pantas88 account only. Holding more than one account, whether using a different name, phone number, email address, device, or payment method, is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of funds held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Registering an active Malaysian phone number that is in your personal use.
• Provide a valid, active email address for account communications.
• Creating a strong password and keeping it confidential.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Pantas88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Pantas88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently freeze or close an account for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of terms, authority requests, or the need for further verification.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Pantas88 accepts deposits via selected Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no foreign payment methods are accepted.

All deposits successfully credited to your account balance are final and cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that deposits are made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending a verification process.

Pantas88 is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of payment service providers. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for further assistance.

5Fund Withdrawal

Pantas88 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals promptly. Withdrawals to the same method used for your deposit are typically processed in under 30 minutes for requests submitted during normal operating hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by Pantas88.
• Withdrawal requests submitted after 11 PM may be processed the following day.
• Pantas88 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any bonus balance that has not yet met its rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
